A 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment is required. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service cost to be charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. Cancelling within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment will be considered a “no-show”, resulting in a 100% charge of service(s) booked. Late Policies: Please notify me if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show. Please know that I am understanding that life can throw us curveballs and emergencies happen. I kindly ask that you promptly reach out to me if an emergency or unforeseen event should arise that limits you from getting to your appointment.
